Holiday Closure Announcement
The holiday season is upon us, and our team will be taking some time off to celebrate with loved ones for the first time in 4 years! Before we sign off, here’s everything you need to know:
Holiday Closure Dates:
We’ll be closed from 10am, 23rd December 2024, to 2nd January 2025. We’re still taking orders during this time, but orders placed after 10am, 23rd December 2024 will be processed and shipped starting 3rd January 2025.
No Pick-Up or Dispatch:
Sorry, but there won’t be any pick-up or dispatch services while we’re away.
Recommended order dates for Christmas Delivery:
To ensure your gifts arrive in time, we recommend placing your orders by:
- West Malaysia: Before 10am, 20th December 2024
- East Malaysia: Before 10am, 18th December 2024
- Singapore & Hong Kong: Before 10am, 18th December 2024
- Everywhere else: Before 10am, 17th December 2024
While we’ll do our best to get your orders to you, these are just guidelines as delivery times depend on the couriers.
