Our Return Policy
If any purchase from us does not comply with a consumer guarantee, we will gladly exchange it subject to the points below. Our policy lasts 90 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 90 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
What we ask from you:
- Where possible please return the product in its original packaging.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- For hygiene reason, we do not offer exchange or return for item that has been tried on. Items must be free of stains, make-up or deodorant.
- Please do not send your products back to the sender address. Email us at email@example.com for assistance.
- Wonder 18 does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
Wrong size ordered is non-refundable. Please ensure to use the size chart provided in the products page or email us before placing an order to enquire about the sizing.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you on the receipt of items and the approval or rejection of your exchange request. We do not offer exchange for used items.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.
Please allow up to 14-30 working days for returned items to reach our warehouse and for processing. Exchanged goods are sent out free of charge and is only processed when we have successful received the returned goods. All item(s) must be returned in the original condition unaltered, unworn and unwashed.
Please ensure to obtain and send us a ‘proof of postage' by indicating the courier company used and tracking number via email. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Wonder 18.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sales items cannot be refunded.
