Wonder 18 is not liable if the incorrect or missing shipping information is provided at checkout. We are not liable to refund or change the delivery address in such circumstances. 

Please ensure all of your shipping details are 100% complete and correct before placing the order. If shipping information has been entered incorrectly, please contact our Customer Care at support@wonder18.com within one (1) hour of your order placement.

Wonder 18 is responsible for delivering the item to the shipping address provided, we are not liable if the item is lost or stolen after the item has been delivered. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment.


Shipping Fees & Delivery Time

For limited time only, we are offering Free Standard Shipping Worldwide. Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Weekends and public holidays are not included. We process all orders within 5-7 business days excluding holidays and weekends. Packages may take longer to arrive during holiday busy season depending on local postal office capacity.

Keep in mind that we ship items as soon as they are available. So if there is more than one item in your order, you may receive the items separately (at no extra charge). We will send you separate email confirming the shipment along with tracking numbers.


Covid-19 Delays

In some unlikely events, packages may take up to 60 business days for delivery.

Shipping time may vary due to product availability. Wonder 18 reserves the rights to cancel any orders that involve product availability in which the customers will be contacted.

Please note that any taxes and customs fees in regard to your purchase are to be held responsible by the customer. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited from our warehouses.
