Return Policy

Our Return/Exchange Policy

If any purchase from us does not comply with a consumer guarantee, we will gladly exchange it for one (1) time, subject to the points below. This means that any order which has been returned cannot be processed for the second return. You have seven (7) days from the date of delivery to apply for a return request and arrange a shipment for the return. Unfortunately, if seven (7) days have gone by since your receipt date, we can’t accept your return. 


Return Options:

1. Return for Exchange:

  • Items can be exchanged for one (1) time only.
  • The item of exchange must be of the same value or of a higher value, for which the difference will need to be paid. No cash refund will be made should the item of exchange be of a lower value. A store credit (e-gift card) of the difference will be issued for your next purchase.

2. Return for Store Credit:

  • Should you choose a full refund instead of an exchange, it will be in the form of store credit (e-gift card) which can be used for your next purchase.
  • Any shipping fee paid during the order is not refundable.


3.Return for Cash Refund:

  • You may return your item for a cash refund, subject to a 10% restocking fee. The refund amount will be the purchase price minus the 10% fee.
  • Any shipping fee paid during the order is not refundable.


What we ask from you:

  • For hygiene reason, bodysuits, corsets, bras and panties are not returnable.
  • Sale and discounted item(s) are final and are not returnable.
  • Where possible please return the item(s) in its original packaging.
  • Return shipment must be initiated and arranged within 7 days upon receipt.
  • Item(s) must be returned unworn, untried, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, unused, free of stains, make-up or deodorant, and all with original tags attached.
  • Please do not send your products back to the sender address. Email us at or WhatsApp us at +601161835688 for assistance.
  • Unless a defective or wrong item(s) was sent to you, the shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • Wonder 18 will not be held responsible for any damages or loss occurred during your return shipment process. We highly recommend that you use a postal service with a tracking option to track your return parcel.


Exchange Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you on the receipt of items and the approval or rejection of your exchange request. We do not offer exchange for used items.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.

Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process the exchange once the returned items arrived at our warehouse. Exchanged goods are sent out free of charge only for West Malaysia customers. For all exchange outside West Malaysia, kindly contact us for the shipping fees.

Please ensure to obtain and send us a ‘proof of postage' by indicating the courier company used and tracking number via email or WhatsApp. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Wonder 18.


Sale items & Gift Cards/Vouchers (if applicable)

All sales & gift cards are final, only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged.


Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please send us an email to or WhatsApp us at +601161835688 as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled. For every order cancellation, a processing fee of 5% of total order amount will be charged and deducted in the refund amount.
